Infused Water Recipe...
Each of the recipes included in this post makes 1.25 liters (5 cups) of infused water. But do feel free to double or even triple the recipes, add ice and extra garnishes as you like.
Infused Water: Ingredients
Include:
Watermelon, Basil and Strawberry Infused Water
Strawberry, Lime and Mango Infused Water
Lime, Ginger and Pomegranate Infused Water
Blueberry, Apple and Orange Fruit Water
Mint, Lime and Cucumber Detox Water
Grapefruit, Orange and Rosemary Infused Water
Papaya, Passionfruit and Pineapple Flavored Water
Infused Recipe Tips:
The longer you leave in the fruit, the stronger the flavor gets. Alternatively, you can double the amount of fruit for more intense flavor.
Try frozen fruit as well.
After consuming half your water, refill your glass or mug with water.
