Goddess Smoothie Recipe!


To have a mind of a Queen, you should always have clarity and a great memory. This recipe will boost your brain power as it provides focus.



Queenie Smoothie: Ingredients


Include:

  • 1 cup frozen peaches/pears and/or mangoes

  • 1-2 cups apple juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon nettle powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon shatavari powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ginkgo powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon tulsi powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon amla fruit powder

Directions:


  1. Place all the frozen fruits into the blender, add 1 cup of apple juice.

  2. Mix the powders together and add to the blender.

  3. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes, continue to add apple juice until you get a smoother consistency to your preference.
