Goddess Smoothie Recipe!

Queenie Smoothie: Ingredients
Include:
1 cup frozen peaches/pears and/or mangoes
1-2 cups apple juice
1/2 teaspoon nettle powder
1/2 teaspoon shatavari powder
1/2 teaspoon ginkgo powder
1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
1/2 teaspoon tulsi powder
1/2 teaspoon amla fruit powder
Directions:
Place all the frozen fruits into the blender, add 1 cup of apple juice.
Mix the powders together and add to the blender.
Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes, continue to add apple juice until you get a smoother consistency to your preference.
