Green Juices Recipe!
Green juices are not a substitute for meals, however, it's an excellent choice to maintain your essential vitamins, minerals and beneficial plant compounds. For example, if you hate eating your kale and spinach, which is packed with vitamins A and K, adding these to your juices can be very beneficial for your health.

Green Juice: Ingredients
Include:
1 cucumber
3 stalks of celery
2 cored and sliced apples
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup fresh pineapple
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
1 piece ginger (approx 1 inch)
1 cup water
Directions:
Place all the ingredients into a high powered blender.
Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes, if you need to use more water for a smoother consistency.
