Grocery Store Shopping Wellness Tour

Service Description

Starting with a welcome meeting to get familiar with your grocery favorites and eating habits. This personal one and one guided tour (or group) with a certified wellness practitioner or nutritionist will assist you in understanding food labels and codes, tricks and lists within the aisles, meal planning and faster shopping. We will cover all sections including produce, proteins, grains, beans, fats, oils, carbs, cans goods, frozen foods and packaged foods and discuss labels, health benefits and meal planning for each section. Organic and Non-organic produce will also be covered as well.
