Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Oats
1 Tablespoon Chai Seeds
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
Night Before:
Mix Oats, Chia Seeds, Almond Milk and Greek Yogurt and store in the refrigerator overnight.
Add Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon and Sweetener (Honey/Agave) to taste.
In the Morning:
Add fresh fruit(s) and enjoy!
