Ingredients:
Ginger
Lemon
Water
Directions:
Bring to boil 1 cup of water, 1 lemon and 1 sliced ginger (1 inch). Let simmer, add honey (optional) to taste. Repeat for one week.

Fruits high in fiber... apples, berries & kiwi.
